Quicklet SA Refund & Returns Policy
At Quicklet SA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return terms below.
💰Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if:
The item is defective, faulty, or not working as described
The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging
All accessories (paper rolls, cables, etc.) must be included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
🔁Change of Mind Policy
Due to the nature of personal and electronic items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, only for defective or incorrect products.
🛠️Faulty or Defective Products
If your product is faulty within 7 days:
1. Contact us at contact@quickletsa.co.za
2. Attach a video/photo showing the issue
3. Include your order number
If approved, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund, depending on your preference
Quicklet SA covers the return courier costs for faulty items only.
↩️Returns Process
If a return is approved:
We will arrange a courier pickup or provide drop-off instructions
Once the item is received and inspected, your replacement/refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
💳Refunds
Refunds can be issued to:
Your original payment method, or
As a store credit voucher
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
📦Damaged During Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours
Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will immediately arrange a replacement at no additional cost
